friendly staff complimentary upgrade
This place is awesome! i spent several days here. the staff were super friendly and always ready to assist, i got a complimentary room upgrade. the location is away from the crowds. I rode a bike to the city center!
The air conditioning was not available in the shared areas. The reception area was hot! the bar and restaurant closed quite early. the resort is somewhat remote from other options.

The staff was attentive. They helped at reception! linh, thuy, van anh, loan and jenny provided great assistance. They remembered my name almost every morning! they are always smiling.

the rooms are large, beautiful, and well-kept! each room has a king bed! the rooms are surrounded by lush gardens with green plants. the rooms have air conditioning.

Breakfast offered many choices, including a buffet. the food was high-quality! there is a restaurant. I appreciated the variety! the choices were fantastic.

underwhelming stay
broken treadmill musty odor
the gardens were fine and had many plants.
The gym disappointed me. It only had one working treadmill. the breakfast service felt chaotic with long queues for the egg station (i suspect other guests felt the same). the room had a noticeable musty odor.

relaxing stay near rice fields
spacious rooms fair rates helpful staff
the hotel rooms were quite spacious and i had all i needed. a comfy chair would be a nice addition though. the rates are also quite fair. anna at reception and jessie at the front were always on hand to assist, which i appreciated. the short walk meant i could enjoy a calm and quiet atmosphere, a welcome escape from the busy town.
the restaurant and breakfast were average. they should enforce the no-child rule in the adult pool. also, the rooms aren't completely soundproof, a slight issue.

my room overlooked the rice fields. it was very nice, but could be noisy sometimes because of the nearby local place of worship. the rooms were very nice generally, however.

Bikes were available and included baby seats. That is a convenient feature. there is a free shuttle to town. it's a short taxi ride if you prefer not to wait, though, so it is an easy ride.

staff were attentive at all times. lan, in particular, proved very helpful. the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere which i needed after a busy tour. great service overall though.

awkward check-in intrusive staff
the shuttle bus to town was convenient.
the check-in felt off. the person asked about our trip plans and seemed to try to create intimacy when i just wanted to get to my room after a long train and car ride. the man showed us to our room and walked around to show us things without even asking first.
